9. Termination
SeoMarketingEngine reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion if a client violates these Terms, fails to meet payment obligations, or engages in unlawful, unethical, or harmful activities that may impact our systems, reputation, or service quality.
Upon termination, access to services, platforms, or deliverables may be restricted or revoked. Any outstanding payments remain due and payable.
